With more than twenty years of freediving, coaching, holistic health and functional movement experience between us, Michaela and Joe will guide you through each day so you can learn, grow and open yourself to new, deeper possibilities – in freediving and in life.

Over 5 days, we will be waking up with the sun, freedive in some of the most spectacular locations on the planet, in the clearest blue waters imaginable. We’ll even freedive for lobsters.

You’ll be exposed to ancient health philosophies, functional movement and breath techniques that will empower you to take your life to the next level.

Ideally, you are a certified freediver wanting to improve your freediving at spectacular locations as well as grow and develop on a personal level. If this is you, we can’t wait to get to know you! The sinkholes are deep – between 5m – 47m; cold (14C) and insanely beautiful. You should be an experienced freediver, with strong habits for freediving safety, to enjoy this experience to the fullest.
