DESCRIPTION:Stage B Freediving Course will enable you to reach depths beyond recreational limits. You will learn advanced training techniques on land and in the water. We will work the mouth-fill equalisation technique so you can descend below residual volume of your lungs. Expected depth - 30m.

If you're an experienced diver, you'll learn skills that will take your freediving or spearfishing to the next level. Together, we'll work on the flexibility of your body and mind.

Minimum Age: 16

Days: 3

Open Water Training: 4 sessions

Pool Training : Static Session + Dynamic Session

Course results in an international certification from <a href="http://www.apnea-international.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Apnea International</a>

You will need to bring your own gear – mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, weight belt, socks &amp; gloves.

To do this course you should have completed Apnea Australia Stage A Course, or equivalent, and you must be healthy and comfortable in the water.
